I had worked with Marc Weibel before when we were both working at Talking House (now known as Studio Trilogy) and he was producing The Lovemakers - Let's be Friends. Little did I know at the time that he was a masterful guitarist.
He approached me after recording Derek Lassiter's Moon Colored Dress shows about recording some classical guitar that he was working on with a friend. It was just an official rehearsal that they wanted to record at Studio Trilogy so they could hear how they sound together on wax, and it turned out great.
